Tar Pit Burning events at the Aholankangas woods The Tar Pit is open all week and can be visited at any time of day. Performances and other activities are hosted at the Tar Pit every evening. Only the lighting ceremony of The Pit has an entry fee of 5 euros. At all other times there is free admission. The Tar Pit is managed by the Lions Club Kuortane.
